This review comes a little late. I purchased a mattress set in June from matelas Bonheur. My rep was a gentleman named Pierre. He was a consumate professional from start to finish. I congratulate this company for their old school values there is no shell game here.There show room does not contain 50 models just enough to represent most comfort groups. You will be treated properly by Pierre as he treats the location as if he owned it with pride and respect towards the clients.

Terrible experience and the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Comfort guarantee in my opinion, is a scam. They sell you the wrong thing on purpose, so you will exchange. The exchange comes with hefty fees and delivery fees and many headaches. Doctor, osteo and physio have all confirmed that I was recommended beds too hard for my shape/size, which has now caused serious injury. I havent slept for months!
