Costco bridge Montreal is a great store but their customer service is a JOKE! EVERYTIME I make a request for anything there is a delay or mistakes are made. I applied for a credit card they put in wrong information then I had to go around the world to get it solved. Now, I made a request to have my receipts for the year of 2016 for my business tax almost 2 months ago and it ended up sitting there at the warehouse. This is ridiculous people can't do their jobs! I doubt i'm renewing my membership!
