    Great service!!!!

    Went in and they made my pillows right in front of me. Walked out 20 minutes later with made to specification pillows for my new couch. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for feather pillows, standard or custom made.

    Worse experience ever!

    After ordering and paying for a duvet cover and 2 shams over 3 weeks ago I still haven't received the merchandise. I was promised delivery withing 48 hours and everytime I was successful in talking to the owner, Christian, I given the same story...they had mechanical problems and the order would be sent withing a day or two. I still haven't received anything from them eventhough it has been 21 days since the original purchase. I've called the store continuously for the last 2 weeks and they don't even bother calling back. Avoid yourself lots of frustrations and stay away from this merchant!
