I've been using Gordon's for a long time, always liked talking to the old man, who sadly passed. Unfortunately I haven't had great service as of late and today's experience has lost them my business and my families as well. My battery was draining and the car wouldn't start. I suspected a fuse or the remote opener was responsible, and I told them this clearly on the phone before dropping off the car. The car wasn't ready until the next day, which I found out by phoning them, not the other way
