In March 2022, we signed a contract with Brandon, and provided a sizeable deposit. The work was slated to start in early May 2022 (per the contract). After numerous excuses, the work was delayed to the fall of 2023. We cancelled the contract in May 2023. We asked for deposit back. Brandon could not give it back or commit to when it would be returned. Today, he still has our deposit, and is unable to return it. He is the type of contractor you hear nightmare stories about on TV...be advised

Constantly had to chase after Brandon. He numerous excuses why he couldn’t work and made false claims about materials being order. He took significant advances from us and never finished the job. Left my house in a state of disrepair. Should you decide to hire him; I recommend that no advances be made until the work is completed and that a completion date is stipulated on the contract.
