Service a la clientele mediocre, sans courtoisie, manque de savoir vivre qui est arrogant. Tres decevant.

Sales slip stipulates that the item can be returned within 90 days for refund. Not so, I wanted to return item within 75 days and was not able to receive a refund because the box had been opened and I had used the article that was not doing a proper job. How could I have known that it did not do a proper job if I did not try it? If the store does not want to respect this term, they should not have this mentioned on the sales slip.
