I had to get my DeWalt compressor fixed under warranty but couldn’t find my receipt. William went above and beyond dealing with DeWalt to determine by the serial number that it was indeed covered under warranty and continued to deal with them throughout the whole process. Although I’ve thanked you several times already, I just want to say that if it wasn’t for you my compressor would probably still be sitting in their warehouse. Todd.
