A technician came to do a diagnostic on my unit, he changed the filter and didn’t do much else. He left saying he wasn’t sure what the issue was and further testing was needed. I later received a quote for over $2000 for the potential repair plus a bill for $275 for the initial visit. There was no diagnostic done so I confused how they quoted a repair. I requested a break down of the quote which they could not provide, how can a company not be able back up the numbers in a quote?
