True Comfort

My nerves were shot thinking about taking out my oil furnace and replacing it with a heat pump system. My friend had hers put in by Paul and the team so I got the number off her. It was hands down the best phone call I could’ve made because before I knew it, the whole crew had my entire oil furnace out and switched with a heat pump system. Can’t say enough good words about the True Comfort Team and what they done for me and my kids. Last of a dying breed for sure.. thanks again guys!

I purchased and had installed a Frigidaire Heat pump by True Comfort about four years ago. When I purchased it, I was told it comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I am getting noise from the Head Unit. Contacted True Comfort to get it looked at. They told me that it needed a bearing but they can't get parts, take it up with Frigidaire. Spent hours on the phone, got nowhere. True Comfort won't do anything about it, now I have to replace it at my cost. Terrible compamy!! Buyer Beware!
