    knowledgeable and cheerful

    Just what I wish most businesses were! I arrived at the business at 1:00 p.m., waited for 3 other patrons, then dropped off my phone. The price posted on iDoctor's web site was confirmed - taxes included! I was told that my phone would be ready at 3:00. It was. I paid and received a receipt and 60 days warranty.
