My family loves your bread! However, I have one issue with it...you must be bagging the bread while its still hot. Most often when I purchase the bread the bottom crust of the bread is moist. Also, the bread often goes moldy long before the Best Before Date. Why not try waiting until the bread cools before bagging it? I would be much happier (and give you a better rating) if I could only enjoy a full loaf of bread without having to throw half a moldy loaf away after just a couple of days!
