We made the mistake of signing up for their bin and automatic refill. Unfortunately we were not made aware you are still charged $20 each month even if no salt is used. When we inquired why we were charged for something we didn’t receive we were advised that was how they cover their costs. I would advise everyone to avoid using this service.
