Bought a hall tree, among other things, from the Langley location, sadly the back to the tree was damaged when I opened the box. Not a big deal it happens. The staff ( I wish I got her name) was excellent in exchanging the damaged part for a new one they had in stock. Great service and a happy repeat customer.

We just purchased three couches at the Langley Ashley store. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no high pressure sales tactics. The store is organized and neat. Appears well run.

I love the Bay...they try really hard to please everyone’s budget.. Great clothes lines...lots of good sales...just about everything my family and I wear is from the Bay!
I hope they never close down like Sears. They will always be my go to store for everything!

Not a lot of staff around to ask for info, but they are available. I looked at shoes. All very inexpensive, but also cheaply made. I did buy some Converse brand socks that seem well made. Theyre certainly comfortable. There were cheaper ones but they were very thin and had no cotton in them. I think theyve hit their targeted market and price point. Which would be middle to lower middle class families.

I work in a hospital and am constantly afraid of bringing home bed bugs. When I had a scare I called Bed Bug Mutts. Beyond the service (which ensured I did not have bed bugs), they provided me with education on prevention and detection. I had hired a dog before when in Toronto due to an exposure in the hospital, and Bed Bug Mutts were way more thorough AND less expensive! They flipped over the mattresses, inspected the wood on the futon and had Loola Loo the dog sniff absolutely everything!
