I preplanned my Mother's funeral and they were very helpful and showed many options. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive of anything. You are encouraged to choose what is suitable for you and your loved one. The day of the funeral had a minor hitch due to the previous day being a holiday resulting in a slight delay in the arrival of the cards and sign in book. Hi I recently visited my grandparents resting site after 20 years as I live overseas. I got the address from my uncle and rented a car . The place was very inspiring and well maintained went i arrived and it didn't feel like a cemetery indeed... or at least like how they normally are. The office were very helpful in getting the details of the location and after some hot coffee, we were escorted to the site. They left us alone and I thanked them. thank you Highlands !! Lire plus

Today I took my Mom to Mountain View Cemetery to put flowers on her husband Bills gravesite. It was snowing, cold and terrible windy. It was important that she went today as 1 year ago today, on her birthday he passed away suddenly. Today she turned 80 years old and for closure purposes I felt it was important to take her to fulfill her request. Thankfully for two very nice employees, George and Steve the Maintenance Man, Mom was given a ride to the site. She called them angels! Lire plus
