My cell phone's touch screen was starting to go, and certain portions of the screen were no longer functional, emailed for a quote, and took it in.
Less then 24 hours later, they called me at the office telling me it was fixed. I came in picked it up and everything was working great! Well worth the $133 something dollars I spent!

Here's my review of Bestway:
You can shop around at the big-box stores and get the lowest price for your ultra high-end just-like-a-theatre-in-your-home experience, and you'll probably save a few bucks.
Or, you can shop at Bestway where Ross and Byron and their staff have been for years and won't steer you wrong. They're very knowledgeable about the whole viewing experience, they started Bestway what? 30+ years ago?
Anyway if you want unrivaled customer service and support, I recommend Bestway.
I'm very thankful that I'm able to shop at this privately-owned TV and appliance store here in Calgary. I bought my TV from them back in 1995 and I'll be buying my next TV from Bestway when the time comes, for sure.

Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. That being said we were quick to find out that we couldnt live without our computer. We were deciding on pc or mac, and ran into chris. he was quick to show us what made apple special, he matched our needs with our wants and found a great computer for us both. I had purchased a sound system from these people over 2 years ago , and it had suddenly stopped working . I called the car audio section of the store and they told me to come stop by so that they could take a look at it . Stef , one of the car audio techs was super accommodating , fixed my issue instantly , not only did he fix the first problem he installed my second sub I bought for my car in the same day . He went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend these people for any car audio!!

I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!
