I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. Thanks!

The guys at this Midas shop were really great, they did everything really fast when I needed my entire muffler line replaced. When they quoted me I was as usual not thrilled about the price but gave them the go ahead for the repairs anyway. 20 minutes later I received another phone call from one of their staff saying that they found the parts from another supplier. Saved me $200.

Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! phone my regular mechanic who i have spent a lot of money with, i had a low tire, he could fit me in that day and i had to go to work the next day so i asked about the next morning and he said when next week. i am a senior, i expected more from him. anyways i went true Automotive. i also need a smoke test and my mechanic wanted to charge me 120.00 but True auto only charges 60.00, so i will be going there from now on.
