I contacted Roland of FCS and he was out doing services and dropped into my home within 2 hours of talking to him. He fixed my treadmill and promised to let me know 1 feature that needed fixing after talking to the company.He advised me how to maintain my machine. Very pleasant guy and efficient.

Excellent all around customer service. Had an olympic plate holder that after 4 years fell apart due to a bad weld. Brought the part to the London store and next week back and good as new.
Got the 1/2 rack 4 years ago and just bought the lat attachment for it. Excellent investment. Guys were really helpful getting that thing to fit in my car.
Great equipment for the price, but you better check out every detail carefully. Price you pay for cheap, lol. Close to gym quality equipment. 5 stars!
