On short notice Wendy made a change to her busy schedule to accommodate my dog Wren he is a poodle/cairn terrier and if any of you dont know they are very skittish naturally i mean a he runs from leaves. But in a manner of minutes Wendy had gained his confidence and to my amazement he took to her like he known her all his life and the price was very reasonable price. I cannot begin to say this business own on her natural ability to work with animals i highly recommend suds N scissors Dan M

I just got a new kitten and needed to get supplies. I didn't really know where to go till I came across this store online. I went right away and was so happy I made the trip into Oak Bay. They have an amazing selection of cat & dog toys, accessories and supplies. I definitely will be coming back here once she grows up a little more. So far this is the best privately owned pet store I have found in Victoria.

Best place for grooming in Victoria! They do am awesome job with my standard poodle everytime and don't cut any corners: pluck the ears, shave in between paw pads,... Gazou always gets out of there glowing, with a nice fresh smell and a little bow on his collar.
And to add to that: they are one of the cheapest place in the neighbourhood and they can accomodate booking within a few days.
Highly recommanded!

love the location and convenience of bathing our hairy beast at a stand-up height, and best of all, leaving the hair and mess behind! they supply towels and shampoo for a very reasonable price. good local people

Pet Smart is a great place to get your dogs groomed. This one is my home base but I have experienced a dozen in my travels and I love them all. Of course I'm partial to home base.

My dog loves Pooch Parlour. She use to be nervous when leaving her at other salons but happily goes to Pooch Parlour...cruising into the back to mingle with the other dogs. Great Haircut every time. Highly recommend this groomer
