I was in for service today, annual tire change and the team in the back on time with everything set up and working with tire pressure etc. The person at the counter, sorry I forgot your name thank you...so important to have a great person at the desk, switch to your store from another CDN tire because of the greeting and communication- thanks again.

Best in Cambridge. They'll reasonably store your tires, which is a godsend when you have limited space. Guys are quick, efficient and, most importantly, know what they're doing. Only place we'll deal with!

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. Love this place, the parking spots are large, It is quick with getting gas tank fillled, store is clean and all staff are friendly. They have a good selection of merchandise and food. I drive from Cambridge to go here rather than the Kitchener store thats 5 mins away. This store Rocks!!
