There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. This place is great!! I was quoted 175$ by my dealership to glue my bumper back in place after I broke the clip on a snowbank. Called this place on a whim today, went down and the guy glued my bumper and drilled a screw in less than 5 min and charged me 25$ plus tax. Fantastic customer service, best price and honest business. After your dealership gives you a ridiculous price go straight here!

The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

Keith really knows his stuff. I did 2 years of mechanical engineering after doing 20 years of farm equipment maintenance, but this guy knows ALL of the integrated mechanical parts and systems that are involved with automobiles, including diesels. Very talented and knowledgeable. He can fix ANYTHING, but some projects aren't worth fixing, and he is very honest about that. Some of us have emotional attachments to our vehicles, but Keith sometimes has to tell us to just let it go.
