I love a good neighbourhood store. This shop has a huge selection of just about anything you could want. We have bought scores of shoes, winter boots and most recently I picked up a gorgeous pair of moccassins for my daughter - the kind of surprise where we buy them together and put them away for Christmas! This is the type os store that really does care about your business and wants to please. I would highly recommend them.

Expert Shoe Repair always goes above and beyond. I was told it would take a week and he delivered in a couple of days. Talk about exceptional service!!! I highly recommend to ALL . If you want superb service and Excellent Customer Care this is the place to go. I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed

Excellent location with a lot of parking spots. Great selection of shoes. Since their opening, I have purchased 2 pairs of summer shoes, 2 pairs of autumn/spring shoes, and 1 pair of worm winter boots. ALL of them perfectly fit. The prices are a little bit high, but if you love to have good quality shoes on your children like me then you have to go to Sole Kids. You can find a great selection of shoes for different foot types .The employees are super great with kids. Such a great little shop with higher-end kids shoes.

I was so pleasantly surprised: 1) outstanding service and information from both people in the store recently. 2) the selection in the store is amazing 3) have expanded their stock of really interesting sports items as well as accessories. I saw some of the nicest handbags and wallets and shoes that I have seen in a while.

I have been coming to this store for more years than I care to admit to (suffice to say they used to be located around the corner on Alcorn Ave). Recently my daughter broke her ankle and when the time came for a pair of sandals flip flops were definitely not an option, so I brought her here for her first pair. I knew she would be fit properly and sure enough I was not dissappointed. They had her try on several pairs to ensure a proper fit that would also allow for her to wear a brace for a few weeks. No one else would have had the knowledge or expertise. These guys know what they are doing and ensure your investment will last you a lifetime. I even found out my old blue suede birkenstocks can be re-soled or repaired depending on what I need. Most stores just want to sell you a pair of sandals. This store wants to make you a customer for life. Well worth the visit.

Today, I wanted to add to the first review I wrote but was unable to because I already submitted that first one and I guess only one is allowed per person (so I'm using a different email login to get in).
I had emailed to Naot and I found out from the customer rep that the older clerk's comment that my sister heard (about being sure we didn't switch the shoes) was a misunderstanding. Apparently, she believes the clerk was worried that we would have the wrong shoes in the boxes and buy the wrong ones by accident.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt. And since I liked the shoes, I may go again to buy in the future.

One of the best stores and the best teams that Walking on a Cloud has! Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly service and the only downside of this location is the construction that is going on around it making it hard to get to. But the store is worth coming to just for the people and service!
