The staff were so patience and attentive as I tried on dress after dress (I was in the store three times!) In the end I found an amazing dress on the sale rack for $500. Not just that but an beautiful veil that transitioned from cathedral length to elbow length for the reception.

Even though I didn't find the dress I chose at Paula's Elegant Bride, what stood out to me was the wonderful customer service. Kate was a pro. She was fun, helpful and the kind of person that makes you feel like she has the time to help you, without being at all pushy. I really loved the dresses she helped me find and although I ended up buying the 'one' elsewhere, her service deserves a big shout out. Thank you, Kate!

We had a horrible experience two doors down at Annettes Bridal having booked an appointment knowing we are looking for plus size dresses & then showing up and them having non at all to try on. So we went a few doors down to Balletts Bridal & they saved the day!!! They were so amazing and helpful with a great selection of plus size dresses to choose from! Staying late to make sure our first dress experience was a fantastic one not only did my sister say yes to the dress I also found mine as well!

I just purchased my wedding dress at Michelle My Belle in Waterdown, Ontario. I went to 8 bridal shops in the Hamilton/Burlington/Waterdown area. While there are many different wedding dress designers and lines and each store, Angie and the staff made me feel special and beautiful!! They take the time and care to make each bride feel truly wonderful! The experience at Michelle My Belle was head and shoulders above every other shop in the area. They know what to get you to try on and they listen to what you likes and dislikes are as you go through trying on dresses. Don't miss this stop when you are shopping for wedding dresses in the Hamilton/Burlington/Waterdown area!

Margaret altered a BCBG dress for me and did an excellent job. She even had me come in for a try-in appointment to make sure everything was to my liking before she completed the alterations.
