When grocery shopping at Shoppers World (Danforth/Victoria Park), I much prefer dropping by the Wine Rack than to purchase from the grocery store as (1) I am promoting/supporting Canadian products/ businesses (2) the people that work there are pleasant, friendly and helpful and (3) I certainly appreciate the customer service oriented businesses in Toronto. In my quest to find a destemmer late in the season I visited Macedo Wine on Caledonia for the first time, although the destemmer wasn't available at that time- The customer service I experienced was excellent; as a made arrangements for this year to borrow a destemmer from a friend I will certainly go back this week to buy my grapes. Thank you.
