Neki and his team at Heritage Auto Electric are just fantastic, not only did they take care of my Alternator problem, they advised me on what caused my original Alternator to burn, it turns out it was my battery that wasn't holding charge anymore. Neki is very competent in his field of Alternators and Starters, his experience shines just the way he troubleshoots the vehicle. I called him over the phone and he requested I tell him the symptoms of the car, in a matter of minutes he determined if the problem was my Alternator or Battery. With the Allen's rebuilt starter my Kubota started on its first turn of the engine. Before the rebuild, it wouldn't start no matter how long it was cranked. Many thanks for a job well done (hard to find these days). The price was reasonable and much less that the dealer's.

I needed an alternator for my Honda tested. Checking the reviews online I found Gold Seal had very positive customer experiences. I was not disappointed. I took the unit in and Bob led me back to a “Frankenstein Machine” where he spun up the unit, sparks flying and all, LOL! Told me the voltage regulator was shot.
Picked it up three days later at the exact price he quoted. Super friendly place fair prices.
I’m back on the road.

Over and above service
I required anew set of brushes for my Cadillac starter motor,an item that wasn't even listed anywhere and would have cost me hundreds of dollars to replace the entire motor.
I was able to bring the old brushes into him and he able to find me a set that would work.
Even though I could not make it to his shop till 15 minutes past closing he stuck around and waited to help me out with a $10 part.
I would highly recommend them to anyone
