Alex D. was at my home today to unclog a bathroom sink . Not only did a great job on the clog but also had some great conversation about common interest. Received a telemarketing call and decided to try their service as I had been disappointed with previous companies I had used. The technician was 30 minutes late but I soon forgot about that as I was so happy with how informative and hard working he proved to be. Perfect service during which he even fixed a pilot problem at no extra charge and replaced my filter also. A few weeks later I hired another technician from Best to do my vent cleaning and I think this photo speaks for itself! Would definitely recommend these guys!

Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!
