He sold me a refurbished air conditioner (in the middle of a major heat wave) with delivery and an excellent installation job for under $400. One word of advice... if he asks you to do anything in preparation for installation, ask questions. Make sure you clearly understand what he wants you to do - otherwise you might find his customer service skills a little lacking. Having said that, I wouldn't throw the baby out with the bath water. What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house. All this during Covid. And I know not much about arranging all this stuff. Dawn, and Mary at Warkentin were so patient with my many calls without making me feel my questions were too basic. After our old furnace broke down we called Comfort-Tek and they were out right away. It wasn't worth the money to fix it so Dave sold us a new furnace at a reasonable price with 10 years parts and labour warranty! Also they were able to install the new furnace the following day and the installers were very clean, neat and professional! We also qualified to receive a rebate through the OPA REBATE PROGRAM!
