I was so happy I found this gem, and the master of hair, Shauna! I walked into their new location just past 53rd music, and immediately felt welcomed and at ease, which is a big deal considering I had come in after a hair disaster I received from another place hoping to have fixed. I felt so comfortable and trusted her right away, it felt like I was getting a spa like experience from a good friend! She not only fixed my problem hair, but also gave me a funky new color and gave me the best shampoo massage ever.... I am not a hugger but I seriously felt like I owed her my life and scooped her up in my arms! I will be back again and again!!!!!!

Michelle at techniques was rec'd to me and I am now back for my second visit feeling confident with my hair colour in Michelle's capable hands.
The salon is lovely, the staff friendly and welcoming. I love the personal approach to each client, and the attention to detail and skill at creating wonderful colour.
