My husband and I contracted DC Basement and concrete to repair a broken sewer line and install a water jet back up sump pump. The work was completed professionally with attention to detail and our interests were at the forefront. What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house. All this during Covid. And I know not much about arranging all this stuff. Dawn, and Mary at Warkentin were so patient with my many calls without making me feel my questions were too basic. If you need a plumber this is the company you want to call. I called and Wes was very interested in helping as soon as possible which he did. The two fellows that came were very polite & efficient & assuring my problem was not as serious as I had imagined. Got to work right away & had my problem resolved in a short time. When finished cleaned up properly & put everything back in place. If needed again PlumbTech is the only place I will call. Lire plus
