Without a doubt, the best I've ever dealt with. They are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I like the way they bring things to my attention and casually mentions it as something to watch for, perhaps getting it resolved on my next visit. Thank You DMC AUTO!!! We could not take off our tires because the last shop tightened the bolts too hard and lost the key bolt! When we went back, they could not get it off.. we went to the dealership to order another one and they couldn’t do that! Took it to two more shops and NOBODY could take off our tires!!! With Snow on the way and frustrated as ever, I was referred to DMC and all I can say is THANK YOU!! You were the only ones to really try and succeed!! Now we can drive this winter safely

At first i was skeptical but I am glad I came here for my collision repair! They were very attentive & extremely helpful! Not only did they help me in processing my claim but also drove me to the nearest police station to submit report. Upon arrival my rental was ready and when picking up my vehicle a week later, it not only smelled and looked brand new from the professional detail cleaning but the damages were fixed with great quality and care! Automotive is one of the last few honest and reasonably priced mechanic's, i recommend them to everyone. for what i had done it would have cost $150 every where else and their price was $100, I asked to have my breaks checked because i thought it was time to replace them and right away i was told i had plenty of pad left, anyplace else would have seen $$$ because i am a woman and don't know any better...you won't be disappointed.

One of the best experience in Canada. Able to see the process of rustproofing is just amazing. The guys who do the job are well trained. Every nook and corner of the car is covered. I like the fact they give a full hand wash for a sparkle after the spray job. Took my car back to these guys for a tiny hidden spot they missed, they were glad to spray again with a free wash. The owner for this location Peter is a role model for other owners who lack customer service skills. The management of Krown should video record Peter to see how well he handles his customers. They should use the video as a training tool to teach customer service for new employees. The price is too good to cover the full car ( not just the under). Well ,i will go back again every year.

I own a 2008 Benz. All those people who have one and driver seat is busted;due to cheap fabric as the origin. MB will replacing the entire seat if you still covered under warranty. If not you are left to foot the bill. Go to Mike Upholstery and you can get this fix like brand new with better quality material for a fraction of the price.
