Great Local Spot with amazing food and service

This little place opened up a few months back only a block away from my house and its close enough to just walk over. We are there on average once a week, and the food is delicious. Never had a problem with it once, they have even changed one of our usual dishes which is now better than before. Cannot complain about this place, even dining in is great as well. Nice design and atmosphere, smaller, but it is still warm and inviting. Will continue to keep coming back. Prices are competitive for other local Vietnamese shops, usually 2 of us eat for right around $20 or a couple bucks over with tip.
