They are great friendly professional and really go out of their way to help I have been a customer for 2years now and find them fair and great to deal with
Not impressed by the service.. they forgot to tell me that my BRAKES LINES where not good anymore! Also forgot to tell me that my handbrake was stock against the brake disk and had to go right back to the shop five min after i left because its was smelling burning brakes Overall such a bad experience...i would recommend them for those ou wants to live an awsome bad experience like mine
Can you say amazing? From start to finish of purchasing my Audi Q5 was amazing! The owner educated me about Audi's and got me a fabulous deal. I usually come to this place everytime I need repairs on my vehicle. The people there offer me good customer service, they are professional, and knowledgeable. They help me save a lot money as well. A well recommended shop.
Took my Golf here yesterday to get my backlights fixed as they were not turning on and the turn signal switch replaced as it was making noise. I spoke to the owner day before yesterday and he was accomodating so he booked me in. He gave me the price of the parts and told me it'll take an hour to fix.
The job was done in an hour and upon reviwing the invoice I noticed that he had charged me 1.5 hours to replace the turn signal switch which only took an hour. His explanation was that they go by the time booked and that the mechanic fixed it earlier so its his premium and I am lucky that it was done under time. I then told him that I was under the impression that it'll take him no more than an hour. He said its a mistake and he fixed that to an 1 hour job.
For my brake lights he charged me .5 hour of labour even when I was only there for an hour. Technically, if I was there only for an hour they should charge me only for an hour. With .5 and 1.00 I was charge for 1.5 hours worth of labour when the actual job took them 1 hour.
I was also charged for shop supplies. I assume thats for using the tools as parts were charged separately.
Evaluating the invoice and explanations it seems the business is chasing money only.
I will definitely NOT recommend going to them as they're expensive and tend to over charge on items they shouldn't be.
Its too early to decide if the job was done properly as it has only been a day.
Do not trust these people with your car. They claim to specialize in VW and Audi... I brought in my VW for a simple oil change and I asked them to change a bulb in the tail light. Not only did they charge me an arm and a leg for replacing a simple bulb, they didn't even do the work. I brought it home and the tail light was still out. Then, 2 days after the oil change, the check engine light comes on. I don't think that is mere coincidence. These people do not know what they are doing and are just money hungry. If you want trustworthy service and good business, take your car to a dealer. I had to learn the hard way.
