Horrible experience that I faced today. I had my appointment set for 1:40 PM but they switched without personally confirming with me. Kathleen the X ray receptionist was more concerned about defending Jen the technician...she was very lippy and kept on saying they called indeed my phone was missing a few calls because it was outdated but this appointment was set since February...why did they have to change it and I was the one they decided to screw up. Her reply was that there was only one tech
