Owner of Home Envy Furnishings, Steve took over the family business from his father and has moved it into a new phase, while maintaining the values of quality and consistency that have made it a success. “My dad took it from zero to where it is now, so it’s my obligation to take it to the next stage,” he says.

For years, the store was known for its quality oak furniture, but has now branched out into other woods, customizable furniture, leathers, fabrics and home décor. It has also had a name change to reflect this shift. “The idea is that you go into a home that has been furnished by us and you feel envy at how good it looks,” says Steve. “You think you’d like a similar look so you come and see what we can do for your home.”
