Directly after paying my retainer fee, Counsel Kim Hardstaff did not uphold this oath in anyway nor the notion of presumed innocence, as from the get-go she maintained a pejorative and condescending attitude. In fact, she began blaming me for the circumstances of my case and accused me of being a liar; she clearly had some kind of prejudice toward me, leaving me feeling frustrated, harassed, disrespected, and ripped off. My experience with Ms. Hardstaff was abhorred
