My experience at fix auto was great. I was involved in a rear-end accident. I was able to have it assessed right away and booked in for repairs shortly after. Danny communicated very well, walked through everything. Courtesy car was provided and workmanship and paint appears high quality. I would highly recommend this company and location.

Had my windshield and hood repaired after a stone hit my truck on the freeway. Service was fast and professional. Even when I went back for a follow-up issue, it was no problem and Fix Auto West always performed the work quickly and I didn't have to fight over billing or payment. Highly recommended. Unfair charges for damage

Repairs were done pretty decent, although I had to adjust the bumper a bit when i got home, I rate poor because they charged me for damage to their courtesy car which they claim I had signed off that there was no visible damage to the exterior however the rear door was not opened at that time. When i dropped off the vehicle they noticed damage on the inside of the rear door which i had not even opened. It seemed as if they knew damage was already there and i would have never noticed because i only used the driver door and never took passengers.
