Johnny went the extra mile to help me get back on the road. My particular car can only open the hood when the battery is working, and the battery was completely dead. He used YouTube and got help from experts while I waited to find an alternate way to get access to the battery and had me back on the road in record time, and even followed me to the highway to make sure all was well. The best part? When frustrated, he hums the song from the Muppet Show instead of cursing. I nearly died laughing. W
