The Floor Show

Given their limited evening hours, we went in with only a half hour to look around. We were approached every five minutes to tell us that the store would be closing in 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5 minutes... Doesn't seem like they really want business.

This company has very poor after sales and warranty follow up. We went with them thinking that they where professional and sold quality products that they backed, but found out quit different. After the floor we purchased from them was installed we noticed it was damaged during the the fabrication process, they sent a rep which agreed and said they would rectify. This was was 4 months ago and we still have not heard from them. Once they have your money they ignore and don't honour there own agr

Horrible after sale service

I bought over 1600 sqft of flooring from the Floor Show. It was a Brazilian cherry which was sold to us in Winnipeg and manufactured by Vintage in Toronto. The floor has stress cracks everywhere. The 25yr warranty was declined since they assumed the winters are too harsh. If this is true, why does the Floor Show sell these products after reassuringus that having a humidifier would suffice. After 2+ years of asking, we are left with the replacement at our cost. Would recommend you stay away
