The quality of massage is good they pay their employees poorly, and the customer service on the phone is terrible once you get there the service is good booking an appt is like pulling teeth, they should have someone who understands English answer the phone. We normally tip really well, to compensate for their wages. It is unfortunate that the employer doesn't see how fortunate they are to have great employees.
