I would not recommend this location to eat at! 1hr and 15mins to get a meal, drinks and cutlery! Try entertaining 2 five year old grand children for this long ... Do not eat here, go somewhere else!!!
Had a order for three delivered and it was disgusting. Meal was barely warm, fries soggy and chicken new crisp type dry.
The food was great. However when we visited the Harveys Restaurant on Sat 19th Aug 2017 at around 5 pm. some of the tables in the dining room were a complete mess. One table had a drink spilt on the table and floor. A staff member was changing the garbage bag near the entrance but he ignored the tables. When we were ordering our food and waiting at the front counter, we heard the manager on duty asking the staff if the dining room was OK and they all said yes. He didn't check & went to the back.
My husband picked up a swiss chalet meal after work very well packaged food was hot and very tasty. will be back for sure. thanks for the good service!
Excellent service, very clean and nice place to eat. Didn't expect it to be as enjoyable as it was and was pleasantly surprised. We will be back
I've been here 3 times. The food service is pretty quick and the waitresses have been pretty friendly. Overall I look forward to going back soon.
I absolutely love Swiss Chalet's food. Everytime I eat a Swiss Chalet I order the 1/4 white chicken with a salad or coleslaw. With out a doubt the food is always hot, mouth watering and filled with flavour. Another thing that keeps me coming back is the wide variety of side dishes they have to offer. You can never get sick of them because there are so many to choose from. Swiss Chalet has always been a family favourite and will continue to be a customer there for a long time.
July 7/2011 going home, was at METRO across the street. Decided to take (1) 8 wings in mild for $9.99/ (1)Half chicken dinner with corn for $11.49 and 2 cans pepsi $2.00. I know that my pet will smell the chicken and run from her bed in basement when I get in. Racoon will get 1/2 chicken I got the wings.
