Paul performed a complicated repair of my refrigerator and helped me in a situation where the manufacturer was of no use. I was very impressed by his knowledge and skill, in addition to his honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend Presto to anyone in need of an appliance repair. Excellent service. we love presto appliance - paul is super friendly, respectful and down to earth we trust his opinion hes never steered us wrong. for over 15yrs paul and his dad have been looking after our appliances and once an appliance is repaired we never call them back for the same issue. we also consult with paul when we have to buy a new appliance - it only makes sense. we highly recommend them.

Great service thanks for the quick repair and honest work

Very hard to get a hold of. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago and they’re now an hour late.

The worst experience ever! The technician ran no diagnostics on either of my appliances, yelled at me practically calling me a liar, turned his back on me when i was talking to him, threw his card at me telling me to call him if i have trouble again. When i asked him to not raise his voice at me he persisted with yelling and walking away, oh and he tried slamming the door on his way out and did not even say bye. all this happened in front of my 2 year old son. I was left in tears!

They fixed my fridge, quickly and efficiently. However it's a week before Christmas and I'm still waiting for the guy to come back to replace the element in my stove. A $2 part that should have been in his truck knowing the brand of stove we have. He said he'd "be right back"..That was three days ago. Of course it's the weekend now.My only time to bake for the holidays so it clearly won't be happening.As a Celiac this is highly saddening and a huge disappointment on customer service for Presto.

Presto was professional and honest. We had a refrigerator break down and it was repaired and working quickly. Best service yet.

I made an appointment and Paul showed up on time, got to work right away, was very nice and respectful. Turned out he didn't have the required part but said he would pick it up while doing later appointments and come back at 4pm. Again, he was on time, fixed the problem, the bill was reasonable. I will call Presto again if/when we need to.
