We are very happy with the results of our backyard transformation! Our dated and tired backyard became a modern and clean oasis with the help of Alex and his crew. Alex took into account all of our wishes, and executed our vision perfectly. We want to compliment the crew on meticulous attention to detail and clear and timely communication regarding progress and project deadlines. Hired LOTUS Nov. 2017. We did an interlock addition. Paid $3,300.00 for garbage! Not even 5 months in the work was deteriorating, crumbling, shifting and polymeric sand was disappearing! Contacted Irene & Alex April 11, 2018 with ALL the issues and supplied pictures. After months of emailing and LOTUS promising to come by and see what needs to be corrected here we are 1 year later still waiting. save your $$ and go elsewhere. See pictures of workmanship which has only gotten worse!
