Shoppers Drug Mart Jane & Major Mackenzie

This pharmacy is the worce I have ever used. Was waiting today 20 minutes yo drop off prescription. Pharmacist (very rood gentleman) was processing prescription very slow , typing with one finger and making mistakes. I have waited 20 minutes to give him my prescription to get a nasal spray. Hd said I should wait for 25 minutes:). When I asked if they need to prepare this medication he started to raise voice at me and become very aggressive. He was obviously in a very combative mode.

Stood at the pharmacy for at least 2-3 minutes while three people including the pharmacist (who didnt seem busy) stood and no one approached me. Walked out. This wasnt the first time by the way.

Has a brunette cashier whom doesn't give a pleasant customer service..very snobby and attitude..I had to.compliment her eyes in order to recieve a pleasant smile. Seems like she didn't wanna be there....this wasn't the first time either... I enjoy going to the blonde cashier...very pleasant and approachable.

Even my doctor hates this pharmacy...

The pharmacy here is the worst. They have made me pay for medications that should have been free based on my family drug plan, have failed to notify me when medication was ready for pickup and have rude pharmacists at the counter. I am switching my pharmacy because the service is horrible and the pharmacists act as if they are God send. My doctor also told me to switch pharmacies because many of his patients have complained about this pharmacy and his own experience has not been positive either.

About a month ago...

About a month ago I went into this location and one of the staff named rose noticed I was having troubles deciding on makeup. She asked me if I needed help with anything and I told her I wasn't sure which foundation to use and which colour because I always get the colour wrong. She spent a couple minutes with me trying on different colours and chose one that best fit my skin type (that being dry). Never in my life have I experienced such great customer service! She was soo helpful and knowledgable. Definitely would go back to this specific location.
