    The worst banquet hall I have ever been.very bad food , very bad service, I will not go there even if for free

    TERRIBLE SERVICE

    We had my brother's graduation party yesterday, June 23/2012, and we were very disappointed. There is nothing good I can say about this place. 1. Their service was very poor & hall was dirty. When they gave us possession of the Hall, the chair & table covers were dirty & had food stains on them. We asked them to change the covers before the event started in the evening, and they agreed to do it. However, no covers were changed at all. 2. The Staff didn't show any hospitality. They were rude, and didn't do what they were asked. When you asked them to bring you a jug of water, they didn't bother. Also, they served Appetizers and didn't give the guests enough time to eat them. The hadn't eaten the appetizers, but the staff was rushing to pick them all up from the tale. When I asked them to leave them on the table until dinner was served, they were rude to me. 3. The Bar Tender was hardly present at the Bar. They didn't have enough glasses & didn't serve us despite we paid for the service.
