Total scam...Donot trust the review, all positive ones are from owner family, friends and employee...They are only polite when you say you have insurance and there answer will be - You guys donot worry, we do direct billing to insurance...they will give you 100$ sun glasses and will charge whole of your insurance with letting you know...it happened to me...even i know them from long time...i was shocked when i checked with insurance....800$ is the amount they charged my insurance...

Sales associates treat you like family. Provide very affordable prices. Prioritize building relationships with customers over financial interest. Highly recommend.

I bought last month prescription glasses from Akal Optical Terry Fox Way. Wow!! Very Pleasant experience, I got awesome computer progressive digital lens from them. This month my wife and kids made glasses from them because excellent service, good quality lens and great selection. I recommended to my friends and relatives.

Please shop around for prices before purchasing products. This was the only place I had to pay for free samples.

It's so much more...

It's so much more professional now. The new owner and workers are all very pleasant and willing to help. They can accommodate everyone fairly well, the selection for brands has changed drastically. They now have Tom Ford, Tiffany and Co. The doctor that comes in to check your eyesight is also very polite and understanding. All the workers there really love what they do and from my experience they do deserve the customers! The store is so clean and well kept!

The staff has changed and I love coming to this now! The service is great and there is a lot of option for merchandise. I brought my whole family in to get glasses, we got our eyes checked and then each found the perfect frame for ourselves.

Amazing Service

The person here knows his stuff very well. He is well educated and he is extremely nice to the customers. He answered all my questions so nicely and in detail. I loved my glasses so much my sister ended up getting hers' from here too!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The associate that I dealt with at this location was incredibly rude when I brought my daughter in to get contacts. He snapped at me several times when I inquired about certain contact features and was not pleasant to deal with. I ultimately left because I couldn't handle his attitude.
