Guy showed up, took 2 minutes to look at machine and told us we needed a new one. Proceeded to charge $80 for his 2 minutes of "work" Dishonest and unreasonable.

They are an excellent company. My old fridge broke. They pretty much knew the issue right from what I described over the phone. They came ready with the part and repaired it quickly. They charged a fair price for the work. I recommended them to my sister when her dryer broke. They are fair people.

They were very affordable. They came promptly at the time they said they were. They were very friendly and helpful as well. He was quick to diagnose the problem and quick to fix it. He then checked to make sure that it was fixed properly. I will defiently reccomend them to everyone.
