They have no customer service skills,especially the owner..you are running an establishment where the people that comes in is who allow you to maintain your business,the least you can do is be courteous and pleasant...the owner is bully..
Extremely rude and ignorant and general. Estheticians continue speaking to one other in their foreign language without excusing themselves while service customers. The one lady that did my nails continued making disgusting facial expressions at the arthritis on most of my fingers. Discrimination for sure!!!--i am tempted of filing a complaint with the Ministry of Health due to disregard on people state of mind.
You have to pay for everything. 25 for acrulics then plus 5 if short acrylics then a dollar for the freakin buffer. Ive not had to pay for the buffer anywhere else. Walked out of there without getting anythjng done
Terrible! Extremely unprofessional team. Tried to charge me more than what it costs for a new set for a refill half way through doing my nails. I was told that it costs more with the length? what a joke especially after the aesthetician had already shaved down half of one hand in the wrong shape I had requested. When I told them I refused to pay more for a refill than a new set the genius option the manager came up with was to reglue the part of my nail that had been shaved off...? stay away!
I've got to say that my experience on Sunday was terrible. I walked in, no one was ready to look at me, yet they had a lady sitting at the front desk busy doing puzzles. When I asked to get shellac removal, the same incompetent front desk lady took me in, wasted 1 hr trying to apply lots and lots of acetone to my nails. Realistically, this should take no more than 15 minutes with a machine designed to remove polish. It was only until an hour later that the owner decided to come and help out.
