Terrible customer servicer. The cashier takes the order and still makes the coffee. The rest of the staff are busy with the drive thru order and the in store line up is being attented only by a cashier who multitask on making the orders.. service needs to be improved or more staff may be needed because this location is a very busy location as it is across a community hospital

I bought crispy chicken wrap Nd they gave me stale patty I couldn’t even eat it It was very hard. I already have bacterial infection if anything happens you guys will get fired.

Got a parking tic...

Got a parking ticket for parking at tims before i could even go in to get myself a coffee. it was a bootleg company ticket for maximum $150.
