This establishment is what I expect in fine dinning. I had attended Santorini's per chance, just driving around the area and I was reminded by a family member that they had heard of this restaurant. We were blown away by how professional the staff was. They were friendly and attentive. Then came the food and more food and it was amazing!! I went again with friends and it was even better. I finally held a party for 22 people there and now everyone is blown away!! From the Steaks, Lamb Chops (OOOHHH BOY THOSE CHOPS!!!) and fish. the appetizers were phenominal!! the wine selection is great! Cheese Cake, DID I SAY CHEESECAKE???? WOW!!!. My in-laws will be hosting a party in May of this year. And I only started going in December of 2011. I live in Mississauga and I had a Party there. That's how great I thought Santorini's is. It's nice to know that I can finally rely on a Fine Dining Establishment that you don't have to ask to be treated like royalty. I found the sure thing in this restaurant. Thank you Santorini's for treating me, my family and my friends like Kings and Queens.
This restaurant is truly a 5 star all the way. The food, service and atmoshere is absolutely fantastic. The owner is a true 'gentleman' who treats you like part of his family and the daughter in-law from our initial contact to the day after made sure that my son's baptism was perfect...and it was 100%+ Alot of different reviews on this restaurant...however only you can go and judge for yourself how truly amazing it is. Fresh food, service staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy and the ambiance is truly relaxing. I was overwhelmed with compliments by my guests and it was a memorable experience for all of us. This was our third party we had at this restaurant and will not hesitate to have more of our family functions and parties there and truly recommend it to all. On behalf of my family...we thank you Santorini for an excellent job well done!
In this day and age, its nice to have consistencies!! My husband and I, with many of our friends, are regulars at this establishment and will continue to be! Simply the best in town. The food is always fresh and delicious. Very tasty. The chicken melts in your mouth, the pasta dishes are to die for!! Fresh fish such as the red snapper is cooked to perfection!! And the rack of lamb, well you have to try it for your self!! It is incredibly tender with the perfect amount of spice! The oven fresh baked bread is delicious! We have loved everything we have ever ordered on their menu! How can you go wrong when the food is made with fresh ingredients. Just fabulous!!!
and the desserts, well where in the city of Thornhill can you find " Cheese Cake Factory" desserts?? Santorini is the place, try the Red Velvet cheese cake! Yummy!!

Stay away from the steak.....its like swimming in the dead sea....SALTY.....The steak was sent back and returned with the salt washed off.(literaly surf and terf) The waiter was questioned and he "swears" that is was a new steak..... last time I checked steaks did not come back with a piece bitten off......the owner swears to death that it was a new steak but the teeth marks from the steak knife proved his plea wrong.......
