We dropped off our microwave on June 18, 2020. Paid $59 to have it checked. They promised 2 week turnaround. We gave 2 cell phone numbers so we could be contacted. No call. Their message manager is always full so you cannot leave a message. After repeated calls, last week somebody answered. I had the ticket. He could not find our microwave. Today my wife went there. They said the repair would be $300. She asked for the microwave. It is in another town. We wasted $59 and our microwave is gone.
