Staff was rude. Shouted to wait outside due to covid ( could had asked it politely). TooK forever to collect blood sample even though there were no other patients around. Not worth to give this guys your hard earned money
Je suis allé passer une prise de sang au laboratoires CDN, je suis arrivé à 14:00 le 24 décembre, comme il y a 8 personnes devant moi et je reçoit ma famille ce soir,je demandais à la réceptionniste si je peux aller chercher ma commande au restaurant, elle ne me conseille pas de partir car il ferme à 3::00 pm.Comme le resto est 10 minutes de là, je suis aller chercher ma commande et revenir,je suis passé à 15:10 et la personne me fat horriblement mal aux 2 bras,je suis arrivée en retard!!!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR SPERM ANALYSIS Went for a sperm analysis, could not believe the only place to give a sample is in a non sterile bathroom with a dirty toilet and cold dirty floor. I have been to many other places and I cannot believe that a private company charging 100$ ,cannot provide a room or a chair. not the receptionist’s fault as she looked like she had to answer to everyone about this ridiculous situation. Fix the problem or stop offering the service.

I had my 1st trimester ultrasound (12 weeks) for both my kids at CDL on Cote-Des-Neiges and the tech was super nice. She explained us everything and reassured us several times that everything is just perfect. We received plenty of ultrasound pictures. She also gave us her guess what gender our first would be and she was right. Great service overall!
Our appointment was at 8:30am at CDL laboratory, and we arrived 10min before our appointment to fill up the form. The technician arrived late at 8:45, she came in and said hi to the receptionists then proposed them to buy chocolate for her daughter. Once inside the check-up room, there were a lot of 2D and 3D photos on the wall, so my husband asked the technician what were all those pictures and what were the differences, and what can we get. She cut him short and just replied: "I will tell you all eventually." Therefore, we had our normal ultrasound screening. She gave us only 2D photos, we weren't asked to choose between one or the other. Because we were so excited at that moment from seeing our baby for the first time, we forgot to ask again how come that is all we can get, and so she never told us about any other options that we could get. A couples of weeks later, we heard from people that we could have gotten a recording on a CD to watch our baby's movements at the moment of the echo screening or have 3D pictures in colors (in some place, it's included in the same price as we paid here, while in some other, you would have to pay a little extra). We called back for having the copy since it's supposed to be recorded and saved in their computer as a record in case there is a need to check back for any problem. But they told us that it was too late and there is nothing they could do since they already erased the file. I told them that since it's not me who did a mistake, could I just come back and pay the extra just to have another screening and put it on the CD without any test - no excuse from them or anything, just "yeah, it's too late, we can't do that".
